Dr. Cook is a board-certified family medicine physician who has been serving patients of all ages for over 16 years. She takes pride in the quality of the long-term relationships she is able to build with her patients, allowing her to collaborate with them to make the healthcare decisions that best suit their needs. Through direct primary care, Dr. Cook is better able to learn her patients' stories and practice from a whole-person perspective, taking into account their unique histories, backgrounds, and experiences to develop a treatment plan that's personalized.
