Dr. Cook

A native Oklahoman, Dr. Cook is a board-certified family medicine physician with over 20 years of experience. She also is board certified in Obesity Medicine and has additional certification through The Menopause Society. She received her medical training from University of Oklahoma and practiced in Duncan and Moore, OK before settling in Ada, OK in 2014. She saw patients at Mercy Clinic until opening Magnolia Direct Family Care in 2021.

Dr. Cook is passionate about family medicine because it allows her to get to know her patients over time, developing a relationship built on trust, communication, and respect. She loves to learn her patients' stories. The direct primary care model gives her more time with each patient, providing truly personalized care. Aside from basic primary care, she has a strong interest in menopause care, helping patients meet their health goals, as well as hospice. She serves as medical director for Halo Hospice and volunteers her time with the Compassion Outreach Clinic, Valley View Foundation and has served on the Mercy Hospital Board and Ada Arts Council.
Dr. Cook lives in Ada with her husband, Clint, and their three sons, Keith, Blake, and Caleb. When she's not seeing patients, she can be found cheering on her boys on the baseball or track fields, or cooking, gardening, and enjoying the outdoors.
